In addition to our co-ed programming, many of our members offer all-girls clubs, overnight camps, conferences and special events with women mentors. These initiatives are designed to build confidence and dispel stereotypes surrounding the role of women in science and technology fields. By engaging girls in a “safe” non-threatening all-girl environment we are playing a key role in increasing the participation of girls in science, engineering and technology studies and careers.
